How long does it take to create a semi-custom suite / sur-mesure suite ?

From the moment you order a suite to the moment it is delivered to you, it can take up to 1 month for a semi-custom suite, and up to 5 months for a fully custom suite.

Depending on the date you want your guests to receive the invitations, I recommande to check the Perfect calendar I created specially for planning your order.

How can I order a suite from your collection ?

First, go tho the Wedding collection, to get inspired and select the design that you like. Then click "cost and order" and fill in the form. I will get back to you quickly with an offer. If it is to your liking, I will send you an invoice for the advance payement. 

Payment are issued that way :

- 50% non refundable at the time of booking.

- 50% at the start of the printing process.

Can a suite from the collection be changed ? 

I try to offer a very large range of design through the Wedding collection. All collections can be adapt with your texts and names, typography can also be changed.  If you want to change the design, color or size of your invitation, it is absolutely possible : I offer a 100% custom service. You will find all the informations here.

Where are you based ?

I am a french designer based in Lyon, France. I work with clients from everywhere ! That's the magic of internet and international delivery ;)

Are envelopes always included ?

Envelopes for invitation and RSVP are included in all suites. If you wish to get more envelopes, do not hesitate and get in touch.

Can I choose the paper for my invitation ? 

If you order a semi-custom suite, you will find a large choice of paper and color. If you want to select a specific paper, in a specific color, with a special weight, you can do so in the 100% custom range.

Do you design your invitation in every languages ?

Yes, I can print your invitations in as many languages as you like. If you want the same invitation printed in different languages, a fee of 40€ will be charge per language. I will print exactly the texts that you sent me.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes I do ! I work with clients from all around the globe.

Can I modifie a design after it has been approved ? 

When the design is done, I will send you a digital proof in PDF format, with all of the items included in your suite, so that you can check the texts and spelling, and make sure the wedding invitations suit your taste. 

When the design is approved (when you gave me the green light) I will start the printing process. You cannot change the design at this point. That's why I take extra time to validate the design with my clients.

What is the minimum quantity to order ?

You cannot order less than 25 invitations. Semi-custom invitations range from 50 to 150. If you want to order less than 50 or more than 150 invitations, you can do so here.

I have a very precise idea of what I want for my wedding invitations, can you do it ?

Can you copy a design I saw on Pinterest or Instagram ? 

You can send me inspiration pictures of what you like and want for you wedding stationery, but I will not copy the exact same design. It is legally and morally not what I do.
